As an authorized dealer for most major brands in the RF industry, Action Communications can offer you a vast array of products to sell. We have a strong technical team and administrative staff to support your sales activities. Our customers are spread over a wide range in the commercial business space as well as in the state, local and federal government sectors. As an outside sales representative, your job is to consult with the customers, understand the requirements then recommend and sell the best-fit product and solution with the highest level of customer service.

• Sales of Communications Equipment, Services, Wide Area Radio Service Subscriptions as well as Rentals;
• Consult with customers to identify need and make proposals on solutions;
• Maintain a weekly activity funnel and forecast;
• Prospecting in Commercial Business and Government sectors;
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas;
• Providing top-notched customer service;
• Staying current on product advances as well as sales and marketing techniques by participating in ongoing training.

• 2 years sales experience;
• Self-starter;
• 4-year degree (preferred, not required);
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows XP/Vista and Office products;
• Proven team player;
• Must be a US citizen or legal resident, lawfully employable in the US.

• 4-year degree;
• 2-way radio industry experience;
• Good knowledge of marketplace in Bremerton, Kitsap and Pierce Counties and surrounding areas;
• Strong marketing skills;
• Technically inclined;
• Proficiency with basic radio programming;
